Simon’s a born-and-bred Sydneysider who knows the Lower North Shore like the back of his hand. After 20 years living in Mosman, Cremorne and Kirribilli, he’s the guy who can point you to the hidden park benches, the best coffee, and the streets that everyone’s trying to buy into before they hit the market.

He’s not just about local knowledge though — Simon’s been buying, selling, renovating and flipping homes for years. Now, as a licensed Buyers Agent, he uses that hands-on experience (and a knack for spotting potential) to help clients land their dream home or next great investment.

Before property, Simon cut his teeth in corporate business development, learning how to negotiate, build relationships, and close deals. These days, those skills mean he’s got your back when it comes to taking the stress out of buying and making sure you get the best result possible.

When he’s off the clock, Simon’s usually chasing adventure with his fiancée, young son, and their cheeky Cavoodle, Jersey — whether that’s exploring local parks, grabbing a bite at a new café, or soaking up the Sydney lifestyle. For Simon, it’s all about people, family, and making property buying feel less like a headache and more like an exciting next step!
